How do I change or cancel my order?


Due to our efforts to ensure that your shipments are made to you expeditiously, changes or cancellations on orders cannot be made after the order is placed.

How can I track my package?


As soon as your package is shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email. Your confirmation email will include your order number and tracking number. Track your shipment with your tracking number.

Do you have a GVO size guide?


An official GVO size guide is coming soon. Items such as GVO Hoodies, Joggers, and T-Shirts are unisex general sizes.




The item I want is out of stock. What can I do and how often do you restock?


If an item is out of stock, it is most likely due to the change of seasons or high demand. If you are looking forward to an item that is out of stock, you can join the waitlist. Most items restock within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping

How do I know if my package was shipped and on its way?


Once order is placed and shipped, you will recieve an email with your order number and tracking number.




Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, but there are efforts being made to make this happen.




Do you refund shipping fees?


Shipping fees are not refundable.




I recieved a damaged item. What should I do?


If you recieved a damaged item, you have the option to send the item back and recieve a refund, or you can recieve a discount on your next purchase (email to inquire about discount details).




I think my package was lost or stolen. What should I do?


Unfortunately, Good Vibez Only is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you are worried about the safety of your package, contact the carrier. The carrier will generally determine a safe location for your package.

Returns

What is your return policy?


If you wish to return an item, the item must be returned within 30 days in good to new condition. (Check "return policy" for more details.)




How soon will I recieve a refund for my return?


You will recieve a refund within 3-5 business days.




Can I exchange an item?


Items are not exchangable; however, you can return an unwanted item. Once the refund process has been made, you can purchase the item you want.




What options do I have for my returns?


You have the option to send the item back and recieve a refund, or you can recieve a discount on your next purchase (email to inquire about discount details). However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
